CardVerse is not declared as a service intended for children. The minimum age, age checks, and any parental consent flow must be chosen and validated country by country before launch.
Data of minors
If CardVerse learns that a child’s data was collected contrary to the applicable policy, it will be isolated and then deleted or handled according to local obligations. A parent or legal guardian may use the rights form.
Protective design
- default protective settings and minimal collection;
- no behavioral advertising or payments;
- communications and social features limited until their safety is validated;
- age-appropriate explanations when service for minors is enabled in a market.
