Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to the portal, apps, local and online games, rooms, and CardVerse community features.
The applicable version and its effective date will be shown before launch. Significant changes will be communicated appropriately.
Free service and no gambling
CardVerse offers entertainment card games. No payment, withdrawal, betting, prize, cash reward, or exchange of real value is enabled.
The chips, points, rankings, and rewards are fictional, non-transferable, and have no monetary value.
Account, security, and age
The user must provide accurate information, protect their access, and promptly report any unauthorized use.
The minimum age and the rule for minors will be set after legal approval by market. Until that decision is made, public launch is blocked.
Prohibited behavior
- cheat, abuse automation, or exploit a vulnerability;
- harass, threaten, impersonate someone, or post unlawful content;
- bypass security restrictions, disrupt the service, or access other people's data;
- use CardVerse for wagers, sales, or transfers of real value;
- infringe intellectual property rights or applicable rules.
Moderation and account measures
CardVerse may limit a feature, remove content, suspend, or close an account when this is necessary and proportionate for safety, legal compliance, or these terms.
An appeal mechanism will be offered where required by law and when a significant decision affects the account.
Availability and liability
The service may evolve, be interrupted for maintenance, or encounter errors. The applicable warranties and limitations depend on the mandatory law of the country of residence, which is never set aside.
Applicable law
The governing law and courts will be determined after the publisher is established. Consumers retain the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
