The report must identify the protected work, the contested element, and its location, include valid contact details, and state good faith. The final procedure and its address will be published with the publisher’s identity.
Removal and dispute
CardVerse may preserve evidence, temporarily disable an item, and request additional information. Any dispute will be referred or reviewed under the terms provided by applicable law.
United States — DMCA
The appointment of a DMCA agent and the formal procedure will only be put in place if CardVerse hosts user content covered by that regime and wants to benefit from the corresponding system. No agent is currently designated.
